Certified GYROTONIC® Instructor, Pilates Instructor

Tiffany has spent most of her life dancing. She earned a degree in Dance from UCLA, performed in New York and locally, and works extensively in physical rehabilitation exercise. Her introduction to the GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM®, before and after hip surgery, hooked her for life. She is grateful to work with Dani and the Second Story team.
