Pilates Instructor

Susan began practicing Pilates at the suggestion of a friend and quickly discovered it was not only helpful to strengthen and lengthen her body, but also helped with her balance which has been an issue since a car accident 30 years ago. She completed her comprehensive teacher training at The Ground Floor Program and has been certified since 2015. She loves to share her practice with others. When she’s not at the studio, she’s likely hiking, at yoga, wine tasting, scuba diving, or doing most anything else that takes her outdoors. Susan is happy to have called the Conejo Valley home for thirty years.
