Pilates Instructor
Teresa first began taking pilates lessons six years ago while in recovery from surgery. Her physical therapist recommended it to increase flexibility, range of motion and muscle strength, not only in the area of injury, but for all of the aches in pains she was feeling throughout her body. To quote her, “I fell in love with Pilates!” After retiring from UCLA as a NICU Coordinator, she joined the The Ground Floor Program at Second Story, and have been a Certified Instructor since 2016.
